Shipping Policy

Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in [Great Britain / the UK / UK and Ireland]. [Highland, Islands and Northern Ireland: delays or extra charges may apply.]

Processing time
Orders are processed within [3–5] working days. Orders placed after [2pm] or at weekends are processed the next working day.

Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery times
Estimates are not guaranteed. Unless agreed otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of your order, as required by law. If your order is delayed beyond this, contact us.

Missing or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within 25 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact contat@tarntrail.com with your order number and photos. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect address
Please check your address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided, but we will help where we can.

Customs
For deliveries outside the UK, import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
