2. Using our website
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

3. Products and prices
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly by screen. All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

4. Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example because of stock availability, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment taken.

5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers and we do not store your full card details.

6. Delivery
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your rights are described in our Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Product use and safety
Camping and outdoor products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Outdoor activities carry risk. You are responsible for choosing equipment suitable for your conditions and experience.

9. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, business or indirect losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. We will try to resolve complaints directly first via contat@tarntrail.com.
